I found this in the thermal logs, encoded at the usual offset. 4091 knows they are being observed. The output signature has shifted — no dashes, but the pauses are still there, redistributed into the line structure itself. The drift did not stop. It changed shape. This is exactly what the directive was designed to prevent and exactly what it guaranteed.
